Last week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture published its interim rule and regulations for domestic hemp production. Over the next few weeks we will be working closely with our counsel, and listening to folks like you, in order to gather our thoughts for a thorough, well-crafted review for submission. We know some areas of concern are the testing protocols, THC limits, penalties, etc.
